ART DONATION PROJECT

The Hope on Canvas® Art Donation Project is a heartfelt initiative created by award winning sculpting artist, Dr. Brenda L. Caldwell, The Paper Towel Artist®. Through this mission, Brenda has dedicated herself to donating her original hope-inspired 3-D sculpted artworks to hospitals and community organizations where the steady presence of hope is needed. Each piece is a lasting gift to the organization and the community it serves. Recipients thus far include, Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, Methodist University Hospital, Salvation Army Purdue Center of Hope and the YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter. The project envisions bringing hope to 25 hospitals and community organizations locally, regionally and nationally. The goal is to create permanent spaces where art lifts the spirit, calms the anxious and reminds everyone who passes by that hope is always within reach.
